Hello, After updating the Epson Smart Panel smartphone app and updating the software on my PC, my Epson ET-2811 printer is blinking and no longer works. How can I get it back up and running? Thank you for your help.

    Hello

    Check the manual for the Epson ET-2811 on page 120 to see which light is blinking...

    You can (initially) unplug all the cables from the printer for at least 1 minute...

    Try to make sure that no pieces of paper are stuck inside...
    The ideal is to have a can of compressed air to blow it out, or have a lot of breath ;-)

    Then plug the power cable back in.

    Conduct the test explained at the end of page 73

    Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller
    Run it as an administrator
    Uninstall all the products of the Epson printer
    Follow the tutorial carefully to uninstall everything properly including residual files and registry keys.
    For the residual scan, check --> advanced mode
    Restart the PC.
     
    Download this driver --> ET-2811
    Turn on the printer
    Start the driver setup --> epson641344eu.exe
    Follow the instructions

    Hello, I've already tried. I just started over by pressing and holding for a long time, but the two red lights remain on. The WiFi indicator also stays green. And with all this, I can't turn off the printer... whether from my smartphone or my PC, the printer is no longer recognized.

      Hello, I'm not quite sure. First of all, when I started Epson Smart Panel from my smartphone, I received a message indicating that a newer version of the software needed to be downloaded. Then the same thing happened on my PC. Since then, it's impossible to turn off the printer except by cutting the power. The two ink and paper jam lights remain red and the WiFi light stays green. ...

        The Epson Smart Panel app is only available for Android (Google Play) and Apple (App Store).
