Hello,
I recently reset my device (Redmi Note 10 Pro) but since then, the fingerprint and facial recognition don't work anymore.
I will describe the problem.
I can go into my settings to configure a face and the fingerprint, everything seems fine, but when I try to unlock my smartphone, the fingerprint and facial recognition don't work as if I hadn't set them up.
If someone can help me.

It seems that your unlock application is not set up correctly. Go to Settings > Apps > App management. Then search for the "Fingerprint management" app or a similar name. Click on it, then on "Force stop" and "Clear data". Repeat the operation for the facial recognition app. Once that's done, try reconfiguring your fingerprint and facial recognition. If the problem persists, it may be a hardware issue, and in that case, I suggest contacting Xiaomi's customer service.
