Hello, I recently ordered a brand new PC, it works properly and I chose high-quality components that are very powerful. However, I have a problem when I go on a browser (any of them) as I experience freezes of 5-10 seconds when I take any action, such as performing a search, minimizing the page, or completely closing the page (please feel free to give me all the reasons for the problem). This is something that bothers me a lot and I would appreciate help from people to resolve this issue; I am counting on you to assist me.

Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello,

    Did you install Windows yourself?

Yes, I installed it myself via USB stick, but I haven't activated it yet.

    Start by making the updates

Try IOBit Driver Booster Free to install the drivers.

You will need to remove its scheduled tasks afterwards.

And use a key to activate it, if the PC is working.

Hello, sorry for the late reply but updating my drivers hasn’t changed anything. This time, it’s not just freezing in the browser but in many other applications as well.

You say it's brand new, but you placed your subject in the Windows 10 section.

    Why not Windows 11?

You also don't mention the hardware.

Hello again, when I received it I directly installed Windows 10 myself but you were right, I just updated to Windows 11 and everything is finally fixed, the problem was actually Windows 10.

        Hello.

W10 wasn't the culprit, but rather the drivers you installed for W10.
