2 Blue arrows on all my files

Hello, I'm reaching out because I'm not sure what to do. I'm seeing 2 blue arrows on all the files on my computer (photos, Word, Excel, videos, PDFs, etc., regardless of the format). I read that there could be two reasons for this: either the file is compressed (but the icon is different from what I've seen before online), or while browsing forums, I also saw that it could be related to Norton (but what exactly?). Yes, I do have Norton, but this "problem" only started yesterday. Here's a screenshot of the icons (just a simple example). Thanks in advance to anyone who can help! :)

    Hello,

Check in the antivirus options if the backup and Norton cloud backup is activated.

    Disable the backup.
    Start Norton → Settings
under Detailed settings, click on Backup settings (Norton backup)
On the Backup line, switch the toggle to Off.

Or disable the backup status overlay in Norton settings.

You may also need to disable or uninstall Norton Online Backup in the programs if you are not using it.

    A+

      Hello,

I have the same problem and can't resolve it by following the given instructions. Norton must have evolved since 2020...
