Issue with the stylus of the Simban Picasso tab tablet

Hello

I have a Simban Picasso tab tablet,

I was drawing ????️ and then my stylus stopped working. I tried changing the batteries ???? but nothing works. Can you please help me????

    What type of batteries do you use?...

    The stylus uses AAAA batteries (I have doubts about the battery model.) The triple A do exist and can be easily found in supermarkets or online.
