Issue with a Yarvik Tab 411 tablet

Hello,
When I try to turn on my Yarvik tablet, it freezes and stays stuck on the home screen. How can I fix the problem knowing that there is no Reset button? The tablet runs on Android 2.3

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

    Hello,
    there's a reset button 
    Troubleshooting 1. Unable to turn on the device. ? ? You cannot turn on the device when the battery level is below the critical level. Please charge the battery: connect the computer using the USB cable or charge it via the AC charger, then try to turn it back on with the required amount of electricity. Press the RESET button at the top of the device and check if it restarts normally or not.

    I have checked several times, and there is indeed no Reset button. I tried recharging my tablet, but to no avail. I really don't know what to do...
