Hello,

I need your urgent help because my Galaxy Tab 3 tablet has not turned on for two days. I tried everything, including the reset with a pin in the small hole next to the charger. Then I held down the power button for several seconds, but still nothing. It charged all night, but there’s no green light that appears when I press the connection button. This is very frustrating for me because it’s a gift from my daughter and I am personally attached to it. Is there anyone competent who could truly help me and give me good advice on how to get it working again? I don’t know what to do; I’m at a loss. Thank you in advance for your good advice. A worried mom.

Configuration: Windows / Edge 15.15063

Hi, there is a special combination often used on Android tablets and phones.

You just need to press the power button (turn on) + volume - or volume + for 15 seconds. If that doesn't work, you'll need to disconnect the battery. Here’s a video on YouTube, it’s really simple to do.

      You're welcome,
have you tried it with the cable connected?

otherwise, it's just a matter of unplugging and replugging the battery, the video shows the example, there's no screw to remove, just clips.

I still don't have a connection on my tablet. I've tried everything: resetting, unplugging and then plugging it back in, pressing and holding the power button for a long time, and nothing works. I'm losing hope of seeing it light up again. Is there really a solution?

Hello VIrokx, I haven't lost hope and this morning I set out to see and understand why the tablet hadn’t turned on for 3 days while I was trying to get it to work in vain. I reread your message and watched the video that explains it in English, knowing that I don't understand a word, but I watched it and did as it was explained. When I plugged it back in, hooray, I saw the tablet turn on and the battery level. What joy! I am so happy. I just wanted to say thank you again! Best regards, Hogan.
