Hello,

I bought a Targus keyboard (and also a Mobility Lab) wired to connect to my Mac. Unfortunately, the @ key is replaced by a crossed circle. Can you help me figure out how to get the @ key?

Thank you

Hello,

Just to confirm, visually on both keyboards you can see @ at the top left, but when you type it, it produces a Ø, correct?

We agree on that?

Because to make Ø the combination is ALT + à, so I don’t understand how you got there.

It is indeed surprising, none of the Apple keyboard layouts provide the ø on this key. However, the coincidence is probably not accidental, on a PC, the key combination to obtain the at sign is precisely Alt 2... In any case, one can wonder what keyboard layout is selected via the "Input" menu (the small flag at the top right).

Otherwise, it would probably be worth checking with Targus. At worst, you can always create a custom layout with Ukelele.

Can you press FN and A at the same time?

FN+A and see what it changes; I think you should take 5 minutes to read the manual and configure or set the keyboard to FR because it must be in PC format or something like that.

If you press the 0 key or ALT and 0 doesn't it give @? (it's not an o but a zero)

The keyboard is indeed an AZERTY?
