My phone rings by itself

Hello everyone,

I have my phone (a Poco X3 Pro) that rings as if I'm receiving a notification or a message, but nothing.

I've checked my calendar, I've deleted all my old reminders, I've checked my notes, and my alarms, but nothing works; I still have this damn ringtone.

I had this problem a few months ago. I had then reset my phone, but it restarted a few days ago.

thank you Panth33ra, but I found out where it was coming from.

In fact, I have a case with a card holder, and my NFC is almost always on (I often forget to turn it off) and since I have my card in my case, it triggers the NFC, there you go...

    one issue solved.

    Hello,

How long have you had this smartphone?... Is it still under warranty (2-year warranty from the date of purchase)?

I have had it since November 2021, so it is still under warranty. But would it be due to an internal technical issue?

Maybe. I don't know the model. In your Poco's settings, is there a command to disable? Look for it?

Well, I had noticed that when there was the notification sound, sometimes the "switch access" would appear, I disabled it but it didn't change anything. And regarding a command to disable, I don't see which one could be making my phone ring.

Either you use customer service, or you search on the official brand website... https://www.mi.com/fr/product/poco-x3-pro/
