Phone bug, keyboard operating by itself + app opening

I have a problem with my phone. It's a REDMI 10 from Xiaomi that I've had since last November.

Since around January, my phone has been "haunted." And it's getting worse week by week.

That is to say, it opens the Google Chrome page by itself and automatically types # in the search bar. I try to delete them, but it keeps typing them back, and if I want to perform a search, it puts a # between each letter.

Example of words I might get: c#o#m#m#e#n#t#####

Unfortunately, that's not all. Sometimes (and increasingly often), my phone also opens my keyboard, and if I'm in an application where I can write messages (video games, social networks, or messages), the # comes back, and I have to lock my phone and then unlock it to stop it, but that doesn't always work.

I'm gradually losing control of my phone. I don't know if the cracked tempered glass I have might be the cause, but it feels like pressure is being exerted on the screen and pressing on it. Because sometimes my phone opens random applications and navigates as if it were alive and autonomous.

If you have any idea of what's going on and how to stop this, I'm all ears.
