Xiaomi REDMi 10 phone turning off by itself

Hello,

My phone, which is less than 6 months old, works perfectly, but for the past week, it shuts down on its own.

Generally, this happens at night, and in the morning I have to restart it and re-enter the PIN code, etc.

Xiaomi, which I contacted two days ago, is asking me to send it back, but I don't have another one, and I can't be without a phone for an indefinite period.

Has anyone experienced this issue and/or has a solution?

Hello,

It is under warranty (2 years from the date of purchase), unfortunately, you cannot "tamper" with it to find the fault. Xiaomi advised you to return it to them, you have no other choice to get around it.

I should have taken a Samsung on my previous one before sending it back; I had someone who took control of the phone and helped me.

Really very disappointed with Xiaomi.
