Hello,
I have a problem with my girlfriend: she lost all her data when changing phones, so when trying to reset her Instagram account she had to log in, but we are currently stuck in what seems to be a loop. When she logs in, the app asks for identity verification, which succeeds, and then leads to a series of code emails we receive, but they do not allow access to her account and instead take us back to the login and identity verification again and again. Has anyone ever encountered the same problem and could they help us? Thanks in advance for reading this message.
