How to unlock an Iiyama screen

Hello, I bought a IIYAMA G-Master monitor

GB2470HS

And as soon as I turn it on, it goes to a blank screen and there’s no signal. The monitor goes to sleep, so I press the Menu button and it says OSD locked

( I’ve tried all the techniques: press Menu button for 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds, press the Menu button and turn on the screen at the same time, nothing works. ) Thank you in advance for your help.

     Hello, press and hold the MENU button and turn on your monitor when it is off; this will allow you to lock/unlock the OSD block function. <Power/OSD switch> Press and hold the MENU key for 10 seconds when the menu is not displayed to lock/unlock the Power/OSD lock function.
