Application launcher not working anymore

Hello, I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note Pro 10 phone. Yesterday, 12/07/2022, I updated the proposed system and since then my screen freezes and after a long time, I get the message that the app launcher is not working. I would like to know what to do. I tried to uninstall the last update but I can't find it.
