    Hello,

    Well, first of all, we uninstall Avast using the utility below in Safe Mode:

    https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility#pc

    Then, after restarting Windows, we reinstall Bitdefender. But hey, if you’re on Windows 10 or 11, there isn’t really a need to install a third-party antivirus, because Windows already has a native and free antivirus that’s more than sufficient.
