Some applications do not work on Wi-Fi.

Hello everyone!
I'm encountering a problem for which I haven't found any solution here or online in general.
Some of my apps no longer work when I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi; as I post this message, I realize I'm still using mobile data when I leave the house, so I don't remember if it works on other Wi-Fi networks.
When I say "no longer work," I feel like they operate with a very reduced data speed; they take several minutes to launch. For example, I can't load the YouTube homepage or profile pictures on Twitter...
For YouTube, I search for my videos using mobile data, and when I start my video, I switch to Wi-Fi and it works perfectly; I don't understand. I should mention that all of this happened after an internet outage at my place (long live fiber!), so I'm not sure if it's a coincidence. Other devices are on Wi-Fi and are functioning perfectly, whether it's a console, PC, or phone (Android, iOS).
I've reset the network settings, reinstalled the apps that weren't working (I should clarify that this doesn't involve all apps!), and the only app for which reinstallation worked is Instagram.
I have a Xiaomi Mi 10 running MIUI 13.0.7
Android 12 SKQ1.211006.001
Thank you for reading, and sorry for the long message. I'm posting this message with a lot of despair as I feel there is no solution to this problem. Thanks in advance to anyone who tries to help me!

Hello,
Disable the Wi-Fi and use the 4G/5G from your smartphone, otherwise, perform a factory reset on your Xiaomi... https://www.appareilsmobiles.fr/fr/reinitialiser/xiaomi-mi-10
Hello,
Having noticed exactly the same issue, I logged into my router and saw that my smartphone was associated with 3 different IP addresses. I freed up 2 of those 3 addresses, and miraculously, the problem disappeared! It’s worth what it is, but if others can try it, it would be interesting to see if it resolves their issue.
Yes, that's what I'm doing for mobile data, but it's not unlimited, and sometimes I don't get a good signal at home. I thought about resetting the phone, but I wasn't sure that it would solve the problem. Especially since I've never seen anyone with this issue. Thanks for the help.
