Hello,

Hello and thank you for accepting my registration.

I have a problem that I haven't been able to solve for several days.

When I press the square button at the bottom left of the screen, instead of the recently opened applications page showing up, I get a page that resembles the "Home" page with a gray dot on each application, at the top 3 circles: Group, Uninstall, Done and at the bottom 3 circles: Wallpaper, Widgets, Settings.
Do you have a solution so that I can get back to the Recently Opened Apps page?

    Hello,

    Have you tried turning off your smartphone completely and then restarting it?

    Open "SETTINGS" then "ADVANCED SETTINGS", click on "FUNCTION SHORTCUTS" then on "SHORT PRESS OF NAVIGATION BUTTONS" and then in "MENU" check SHOW RECENT APPS.

      Fortunately, you found it.

      I probably wouldn't have been able to help you. I can't find the menus you used on my Galaxy A52. Generally, there are common menus, but that's not the case here. And I don't even see the equivalent menus!

    Good evening Grandma Lili, I see that your post is lingering and since I don't have a solution to propose except that your touchscreen is damaged and needs to be replaced, probably because your phone came into contact with an unauthorized liquid. This is just a simple opinion, I'm bumping this post to see if there are any other more relevant opinions.

      Hello Kcaouette,

      My phone is only 18 months old and has not come into contact with any liquid.

      After a manipulation to make the "Widgets" appear, my square button no longer brings up the recently viewed pages, but instead shows the 3 gray circles "wallpaper," "widgets," and "settings" !!!! I’m looking and looking but cannot find the original function of the square button "open recent consultations" !!!!
