My wireless earbuds won't turn on.

Hello,

I purchased a pair of "dynabass" wireless earbuds today. They have never turned on. When I put them in the charging case, the LEDs light up but quickly turn off. When I plug in the charging case, its LED flashes red. And when I press the buttons on the earbuds, they briefly emit a red light but do not respond afterward. I don't understand what is not working. Can you please help me? Thank you very much.

    Hello,

    You can return them to where you bought them. Use the warranty (2 years) to replace them.
