Bluetooth wireless earbuds one earbud has sound.

Hello,

I activated the Bluetooth on my computer and connected my wireless headphones. I then selected my headphones from the icon at the bottom right of the screen.
The problem is that the sound is only coming from one earbud.

How do I get sound in both?

    Hello,
    try leaving your earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Once your earbuds are connected, take them out of the case and check if it works.

      Hello, you need to reset your earphones' settings. Take one earphone out of the case, press the button three times, and the LED should flash red and white. Then put that earphone back in the case and repeat the operation with the other earphone. Finally, take both earphones out, and it should work.

      So for me, both work but the left one plays music quieter than the right one, knowing that both are connected at the same time.
