Hello,
I have JBL Free wireless earbuds that I've been using for about 2 months. Earlier, I was watching a video on YouTube with my earbuds when suddenly the right one stopped working for no reason. I put it in the charging case to turn it back on, but it won't power up. I pressed and held the button on the earbud for a long time, and it still won't turn on. I put the charging case on charge and placed the earbud inside at the same time, but it still won’t turn on. Do you know how to get it back on?

Thank you for your reply. They were simply out of charge.
Simple question: Have you ever charged your wireless earbuds?
I tried, as I mentioned in my message, to put them in the charging case, but they still weren't working (please see my reply to the message I sent ten minutes ago).
