Hello,
I have JBL Free wireless earbuds that I've been using for about 2 months. Earlier, I was watching a video on YouTube with my earbuds when suddenly the right one stopped working for no reason. I put it in the charging case to turn it back on, but it won't power up. I pressed and held the button on the earbud for a long time, and it still won't turn on. I put the charging case on charge and placed the earbud inside at the same time, but it still won’t turn on. Do you know how to get it back on?

    Hello,
    It's good after a night, my headphones are working again, no problem. I'm modifying this message to report that after 10 minutes of working, the right earphone (the one that wasn't working yesterday) turned off again. Do you know why this is happening and how to fix it?
