Hello,

My left earbud won't turn on anymore. I've charged them but there's no change; what can I do?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 83.0.4103.96

    Try to keep your finger pressed on the one that doesn't work, you'll hear a small sound and normally it should work afterwards.

      Hello, I bought Ryght Nemesis earbuds during the lockdown and one month later the left earbud stopped making sound (I couldn't hear anything) and then two months later the second earbud stopped working too and I can't disconnect it from my phone even if I turn off Bluetooth, so I can't listen to anything on my phone without earbuds (which no longer work). Have you ever had this problem? If so, could you please get back to me as soon as possible so I can do something about it?
