My wireless earbuds (Essentielb EBTWS00) won't sync. Closed

Good evening.

I'm sending this message here because I don't know what to do (and I can't find anything that talks about my type of headphones).

Since last night, my wireless earbuds won't sync. Only one earbud connects to the phone, so I can only hear out of one ear now... either the left or the right, but not both.

Try placing the earbuds in their case, press and hold both touch buttons on the earbuds for 10 seconds, the earbuds should blink twice.

They are now reset, you can try pairing them again with your phone. (Or other devices)

Hello, I might have the solution to your problem. I had the same issue as you, but with earphones that wouldn't stop blinking rapidly. No matter how much I tried, it didn't work. But you see, when you put both earphones in your ears, hold both simultaneously, then wait a moment; they will emit a sound. Then go to Bluetooth, and you can sync them. Let me know if it works. I tried at least 8 times before it worked, but the technique does work

I held down both earbuds for 10 seconds while watching the lights, and after 10 frustrating minutes, they finally paired up again. Then, you have to take your time to reconnect them to the phone, but it works again; you just have to be persistent.
