Soundflow i17 earbuds won't turn on

Hello,
I just received my Soundflow i17 earbuds. After charging the case, when I take out the earbuds, they are supposed to turn on automatically according to the manual, but they don't turn on at all even though the case indicates that they're charged. Have you encountered the same problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
