Hello everyone,
The manual for the GPS365 software that I installed on my Android phone
states in "Account Login" that I need to enter
a 15-digit IMEI in "Login ID" !!!
I'm wondering if it's indeed the IMEI of my GPS "Watchmascottes"
because my tracker for my dog (Watchmascots) only has
one letter + 8 digits? !!! I contacted the Company to confirm
the IMEI, I'm waiting for a response.
Or maybe it’s the IMEI of my phone?
Sorry for this question that may seem naive but I'm a bit of a novice in this area...
I still entered the code for my tracker but it doesn’t work!!
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 100.0.4896.127

Many obscure points in this user manual, (let's not call it a "Manual")
on top of that, terms that confused me in my actions like "collar" instead of
"GPS unit" etc...
I have asked the customer service by mail for answers to several questions.
I am still waiting for the responses!!! As for the "Chat", it is only usable in English or US which I do not
master. For the moment, I still cannot get the GPS unit to work!!
Thank you nonetheless for your explanations!...
I'm not marking it as resolved yet since that is not the case ....

Hello, I just acquired this tracker but I can't configure it. I only entered the IMEI code on the app via the QR code, but I’m stuck afterwards. Can someone help me? Thank you.

Hello,
This question dates back to 2022, please feel free to ask your own question.
Hello,
in the app
To set up and control the collar, you need to download the free GPS365 app available for Android and iOS.
Enter the IMEI of the collar found under the protective plastic that you need to remove by following the arrow on top. Never remove the IMEI or QR code. It will ask you for a password, which by default is 123456. Later in the app settings, you can change this password.
If you want to link multiple Watchmascot collars to the app, you need to:
Click on the “+” option in the main menu.
Write your pet's name
Enter the IMEI and password (just like you linked your first Watchmascot collars).
Click on “Add a new device”.
We recommend that you write down your new password in the collar's box once you've changed the default password.

Thank you very much MPMP,
I had a confusion after purchasing my second SIM card.
I didn’t know that it had to be placed in the collar GPS; at first, I put it
in the second compartment of my phone and then replaced it (after
a bit of a difficult opening) in the GPS.
Then I scanned the code for the GPS365 software before closing it.
I hope this didn’t create a malfunction in the collar.
Currently, the collar GPS is charging.
How can I know when the battery is charged? No details in the manual?...
I will charge it for two hours as recommended, we will see afterwards.
Additionally, the SIM fixing pin wasn't clicking in, I had to insert a small rectangle
of cardboard between the cover and the pin to ensure the SIM contact!...
I think the small instruction manual should be improved.

Before using the device for the first time, we recommend performing a full charge with the collar turned off. Do not charge the device for more than two hours, as this could damage the battery, which would not be covered by the device's warranty.
And for the first question, is the subject resolved or not?
Yes, but I never remember how to mark it as resolved here ??
Thank you

Look at the three little black dots on your right under your question.
Ok MPMP,
Last question before marking as resolved:
How do we know when the GPS collar is charged? I just finished charging it?
Before I installed my SIM card, I had charged it and there was
a blinking blue LED, is there a connection? ?
