Mio Moov M610 Startup Issue

I bought a brand new MIO Moov M610 GPS, I thought the installation would be easy but I really regret this purchase, I've never seen anything more complicated than this.
There is a lack of battery charger, wrong activation key (start a key).
It's a complete mess because there's not a simple guide to follow for the installation.
Is there anyone who can help me install my mio with maps for 44 countries, that's what's written on the box.
Thanks in advance because the support sent me a link where I should find an answer but I can't find anything.

    yet it's quite simple .........(I have the same !! )
    the GPS worked as soon as I entered the key that is in the box
    for installation, you need to use the supplied disc which will install "MioMore Desktop" on the PC, to update the maps

      Thank you for your response, but the key on the box is only 7 uppercase letters. On the CD envelope, there is a code like this:
      5651N3810059 R00, there is a missing number, sorry, you can clearly see that there is a space after the number 9..
      I even added a space but it doesn't work.
      So is this the key, or the one on the box (start UP key with 7 letters)

      it's the startup key (a mix of 7 digits and letters) like 5A6HLPE
