Hello
for the past few days, my printer referenced above has been operating slowly when making copies - it always stays on color even when I press black and white. I have no problem printing from a file -
could someone help me find a solution
thank you very much

Good evening,
is your printer up to date with software and drivers?
I think you have a software or driver issue.
To fix this, I suggest you disconnect your printer from your PC and go to the application settings (software); to access it faster, you can press the Windows + i keys at the same time.

A window will appear and in the options, you should see applications, click on it and then choose apps & features in the left tab.

Scroll down the scroll bar until you see the various software for your printer.

Click on them to remove them one by one.

Restart your PC once done.

Then download the various drivers and software for your printer.

Here is a link to download the various drivers and software for your printer,

https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14095644/model/14095720

Reconnect your printer to the PC and install the drivers and software.

Good evening,
I see that you have resolved your printer issue. Can you tell me if it was thanks to my advice, or if not, how you managed to solve your problem? Thank you in advance.

PS: Are your pages coming out in black and white?

If the black page comes out green instead of black, I don't call that a solved problem.

Hello,

He hasn't learned to say hello when addressing others!

Try to understand how the forum works before writing just anything. If the person who asked this question has marked it as resolved, then it is resolved, and besides, what’s the point of posting anything on a question that has been resolved since 2021.
