HP Envy 4500 printer refuses photo paper

Hello,

As the subject indicates, while everything works well on normal paper, as soon as I introduce a sheet of A4 glossy photo paper on one side, the printer tries to pull the paper but the "paper feeder" inside slips, and the sheet advances a little, then stops moving while the printer struggles and nothing gets printed.
All this mess stops after a few seconds and I have to clear the stuck sheet from the path to the output.
And it's the same for all photo sheets. As soon as I put back a "normal" sheet, it works perfectly.
Thank you if you have an idea to workaround this quite significant issue...

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Maybe a photo paper that is too thick for the printer's specifications..

There is surely a maximum weight to be respected...
