Hello!
I'm reaching out urgently because I've tried everything to resolve this issue but nothing seems to work! Let me explain:
My printer is indicating that there is a paper jam, and indeed there was one. I checked and removed the jammed paper... The printer still indicates the same thing, so I looked on the official HP website regarding this problem and followed their advice, but nothing... After further research, I saw that some people had issues because there were small pieces stuck inside the printer. I tried tilting my printer, and I heard a noise, so I removed the small piece that was loose inside it, but once again, it tells me there is a paper jam, so I don't understand anymore...
Help!
