Hello,
I'm not an expert in computers or video games, that's why I'm reaching out to you.
I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad Intel i5 with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card. I would like to play the new game "Age of Empires 4," but when I launch the game, a message informs me that the drivers are not supported by this graphics card.
As soon as I start playing, the characters appear as large colored squares with a label on them.
I have installed new drivers and set it to high performance for this game...
I don't know what else to do. Can you please help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
For AoE4, you need an updated Windows, drivers, and the Gaming Service from the Microsoft Store.
There have been similar issues before, particularly with Flight Simulator; you need to have the system up to date and well maintained.-

This is the basic way to use Windows:
>Settings/system/about to know the details of your version of Windows (21H1 is the latest of Windows 10)
>Windows update/check for updates/
Show optional updates, check and install all drivers
>Microsoft store, updates.
>Nvidia website, check the version in the Nvidia panel to know the version, on the Nvidia site you can download GeForce Experience or ideally select only the driver for your card and download and run it to compare the versions to see if you already have the latest one.
