Hello,
I can't seem to find my toolbar. It disappeared in Firefox and I was able to recover it, but I can't do the same in Chrome. I've been told to go to "View," but I can't find it.

For Google Chrome, if you want to have a toolbar, it's possible.
The downside is that it's in English.
Install the extension ==► Proper Menubar for Google Chrome
Once installed, don't fall into the trap of the Proper Menubar™ box.
Here's what it says:
Proper Menubar™
Thank you for installing the Proper Menubar extension! To get started with this new Google toolbar in your Internet browser, click on the + icon in your browser's toolbar to begin. This is more than just the Google Ads company; all Google products are available in a toolbar such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Adsense, Google Adwords, Google Shopping, Google Doc, etc.
And a little further down, it's the trap to avoid.
Between the word Skip and install, there's the small phrase
Your eyes are not protected for in the late evening. Install Now this free option, which means Your eyes are not protected for the end of the evening. Install this free option now, Skip the installation
Unless you have eye problems, click Skip to exit (or skip the ad)
Once installed, the menu File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Windows, Help looks like the Firefox menu (File, Edit, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help).

Some will find this useful, others not, and well, it adds an extra toolbar that slightly reduces the page horizontally.

Click on the three dots located at the top right.
Click on the line --► settings
On the left menu, click on the line -►Appearance
On the right, highlight --► Show bookmarks bar

Firefox Toolbar:
Right-click at the top of the Firefox page.
Select --►Menu Bar
Also select Bookmarks Toolbar --►Always Show
Once the menu bar is displayed:
Click on -►View then on --►Toolbars
