Good evening!
It has been two months since I can no longer access my Instagram profile: I have my password, but once I enter my credentials to log in, a page appears saying "help us confirm that this account truly belongs to you" by sending a code to my old phone number or an old email address that I no longer have access to.
I submitted a help request where the support team just helped me reset my password, but the problem remains the same...

I am quite attached to my account that I had for a good while, so I am even ready to offer a reward if someone could find me a miracle solution!!

    Hello,
    there is no magic solution; without access to your old phone number and your old email address and therefore without the authentication code for obvious security reasons, you will not be able to recover your account.

      My message wasn't clear enough? Without being able to prove that this account belongs to you via your phone or your contact email, you will not recover your Facebook account.
