Hello my brothers and sisters!
My name is Blaise MAKIESE, and I am seeking your help regarding my computer.
Indeed, I have a problem with my USB ports which have become disabled. After checking the device manager, I realized that the USB XHCI COMPLIANT HOST CONTROLLER is disabled; I have attempted several procedures to enable it, such as:
- updating the driver;
- updating the entire computer;
- performing a system restore, knowing that I am using Windows 10 Professional.
However, nothing works beyond all that, which is why I am asking for your help to enable the USB XHCI COMPLIANT HOST CONTROLLER so that my USB ports become functional.
Thank you in advance, my brothers and sisters!
Configuration: Windows / Opera 73.0.3856.284

Hello,
have you tried right-clicking > uninstall and if it’s available, check the box “delete the driver”

for more help, we need the model of the computer or the models of the components
