USB controller driver download

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem with my 6-in-1 USB card reader since I reinstalled my system.

It is no longer recognized, and I wonder if it's because the USB controller has a question mark. If so, I know I need to download the driver.

But since I'm not connected to the internet, how can I obtain the driver for the USB controller? I kindly ask you to respond, as I can no longer store my photos since I don't have the cord that goes with my digital camera.

    hello

    first uninstall your hardware in the device manager, then when it tells you new hardware detected, check the second option and then indicate this path C:\WINDOWS\INF

    then click next and it should work
