Hello,
I have a black box from Orange connected to my computer and phone, with three lights in front for Wi-Fi, phone, and internet. These lights are constantly on. Previously, they would turn off and go into standby... now they stay solidly lit. Is this important? Thank you very much, gg

Hello,
Apparently you have the Livebox 5.
Normally there is a Reset button (3) at the back to reset the Livebox (by pressing it with a toothpick).
You can also test the functioning of the Livebox with the Service button (6).
Personally, I have the Livebox Play 4 and the lights stay fixed and appear green.
The enemy is stupid: he thinks we are the enemy when it’s really him!
