aside from Wi-Fi, I don't see what other waves could disturb your sleep at night. You just need to press the button for a few seconds to turn off the Wi-Fi and that's it. To reactivate the Wi-Fi, you press the same button for a few seconds the next day.

Well, you go to 192.168.1.1 (type this in the internet) then you go to wireless network and click on disable and there you go, no more wifi signals ;)
