Hello,
When I use the "Alt Gr" key, a window opens saying "Activate keyboard navigation?" and I can't use the special characters from keys 1 to 0.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard, but nothing works. When I type "Alt + 64" I don't get the @...
However, with a virtual keyboard, I can type the @, but that's not ideal!
Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks in advance.

Hello
If this can help you, the AltGr key is the combination of Alt+Ctrl, so if you press Alt + Ctrl + 0, you’ll get the same thing as AltGr + 0 for the at sign :-)
But that doesn’t fix your keyboard...
A keyboard, if it’s “dead”, can be replaced, even on a laptop!
But is it “dead” or just dirty? You need to take it apart to check; using a cleaning product like "KF Contact F2" can solve the problem if used correctly...
See you!

If this answer helped you: a little thank you is nice. If it’s resolved: the green button at the top is better ;-)
Let the one who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse.

Thank you for this response.
The key is responsive since it displays a message, it just triggers another action. Then I tried using ctrl + alt + 9 and nothing happens (the same goes for the other numbers while they work alone).
I regularly clean my keyboard with a can of compressed air for your information.
Actually, I think the solution lies in some kind of reset of the keyboard interpretation by Windows (I forgot to mention that I'm on Windows 10), but I can't manage to do it...
