Canon TR 7550 Can't Scan

Hello,

I can't scan a document with my TR 7550; I keep getting the same error message:



- I manually installed the latest driver from the website and restarted -> still the same problem
- I tried disabling the antivirus -> still the same problem

My connection is through USB cable, which is properly connected since I can manage to print.

The IJ Network EX2 is properly activated:



I need to scan important documents and I don’t know what to do…

Does anyone have any idea?

    Thank you Kugath,
    I cannot scan from my printer, I tried with my HP PC, but again, it asks for the WIA driver, with no success ... I would have thrown away my printer but fortunately I came across your response to the problem and I downloaded the complete CANON package: indeed, it's AWESOME and very easy to use.
    Thank you very much Kugath, without you, I would still not know how to scan my documents.
    However, I am still unable to scan from my printer (scanner) and yet, the latter recognizes my PC. It's not a big deal, the most important thing is to scan the documents.

    You're welcome, I suspected it could be useful to someone :)

    It seems to me that it's impossible to scan directly from this printer, you have to go through the PC. That's a shame.

    Ultimately, the documents are on the PC, so that's the main thing.
    I believe that HP has something to do with it too...
    Rest assured, I think it has been very helpful to others who have forgotten to thank you!
    In any case, it’s always very important that there are people like you who share their skills and experience on CCM! WELL DONE!
