Document scanning on Canon printer My Im program

Hello,
Since this morning on my Canon MG 7150 printer, when I want to scan a document to my PC by going into the My Image Garden program, I get the following message:
No scanner driver supporting this software is installed. Please run the installation and try again.
I have tried downloading the drivers but nothing works, it says:
Unable to create a port
I don't know what to do, thank you to anyone who could help

Hello,

Uninstall the printer through the Windows Settings and perform a complete installation with the supplied CD.

Thank you for your response, but nothing works, I can scan documents, but I can't do it through Canon's My Image Garden program ????

Try using IJ Scan Utility directly.

It is the program used by My Image Garden. You will not have the My Image Garden interface (in case it is the cause of the issue).

You will find IJ Scan Utility in Canon Utilities (Start menu)
