Issue with Logitech G Hub

Hello,
Not finding much on the internet, I'm posting my problem here.
The Logitech G Hub software for my G502 mouse is not working correctly.
When I launch it, the software gets stuck on the loading screen and shows the animation endlessly. What should I do? I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling it, but I can't find anything to do that, and I'm not sure if it would be effective.
Could someone please help me?

    I am using Windows 10
    I solved this problem by downloading the media pack for Windows, see: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3145500/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions
    You need to choose that version and then either you will have a download to do or they will explain how to add the pack in Windows settings.
    You need to restart the computer and after that it works for me.

    In fact, it is due to missing DLLs that are provided through the installation of the Windows media package.

      Thank you thank you thank you after more than an hour of fruitless searching on the web this is the only answer that works.
      This is due to the fact that I am using the N version of windows which does not contain the optional media players, particularly this feature pack that you mentioned.

      It is normal that I followed the instructions on this site to the letter and that the Multimedia Feature Pack does not exist, so I cannot install it with the optional features
