My Logitech G29 steering wheel is not recognized by my PC.

Hello everyone, I currently have the G29 wheel from Logitech and this morning when I wanted to play The Crew 2 on PC, my wheel is no longer detected by the games. Let me explain: the wheel works, but only on the first menu screen (start your adventure), once I get to the main menu, the wheel doesn't work, so it doesn't work in-game either. I want to clarify that I used this same wheel for 2 months without any issues on the same game; it was working perfectly, and now it is no longer detected. So on the G Hub software, it turns out that I have the correct version and I have no error messages. I launch my game, press the steering wheel button to select, and as soon as I reach the main menu, I can no longer select "play"—none of the buttons work anymore. Additionally, in the game settings, all the buttons for the steering wheel and other controls have disappeared; they have erased themselves without me doing anything.
As for other games, the steering wheel works perfectly fine.
Looking in the device manager, I had a yellow triangle on "Logitech G HUB G29 Driving Force wheel USB."

So after completing your steps, it turns out that according to their responses, I am already running the correct version on my driver, and here is the identification number USB\VID_046D&PID_C24F&REV_8900&MI_00.

It happened to me the same thing as you, I'm on the menu, I have my force feedback, and then when I press start your adventure
Boom! No more force feedback

P.S. Remember to turn on your PS4 - which should be connected to your CONTROLLER and connect your wheel to another user

Hello,
I experienced the same thing not too long ago and I found the solution.
You need to go into the controls of The Crew 2 and enter your keys in the wheel config, then go to the wheel commands to adjust the gaps, then go to steering, select custom, and increase the linearity to about 3/4, set the dead zone to a minimum, and the maximum to the maximum.

I have the same problem. I'm on PC and just received my wheel, and the force feedback is disastrous. It's working one time out of two, and when it does, it's completely buggy. I have jolts with the wheel. Please help me.
