Hello, I can no longer send videos on Instagram with my phone ;( The blue progress bar stops loading for 2 minutes, and then it says Upload failed ** with a cross and a circle with an arrow to retry. Good evening, (1) Check that you are connected to the Internet and that you have enough space on your phone for new photos. Try again. (2) Clear the Instagram cache: Settings\More\Application Manager\Instagram\Delete data (+Clear cache). Try again. (3) Reinstall the app. Note: try to reconnect at each step. If after checking these points you still have the issue, then it probably comes from Instagram's own servers. A quick look at their Twitter account should confirm whether or not there is an outage.

But I've done everything you said and it still doesn't work ;( I tried recording a video and using a pre-existing video from the gallery after each step, but still nothing, the progress bar gets stuck and there's an error message ;( INFO: Samsung Galaxy S3, rooted, Android 4.4.4 KitKat, Omega AOKP Based ROM.

Hello,

I can no longer send videos on Instagram with my phone ;(

Good evening,

(1) Check that you are connected to the Internet and that you have enough space on your phone for new photos. Try again.

  And on my device, there is 1.8 GB of internal memory left and 8.6 GB on the MicroSD card.
  
  It is always connected to the internet via WiFi, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are working perfectly, so it shouldn't be my connection.

  Since when has this been happening to you? Did you do something special and suddenly it didn't work? Try moving the app to your SD card (or the other way around), check by posting one or more photos, test multiple networks or on another phone. There could be so many reasons, maybe because you flashed your device with a version of Android that isn't supported by default. You can also uninstall and reinstall an older or newer version of the app that's compatible with KitKat by using an APK from the internet.

    It happens to me overnight. On my sister's phone, it works (Galaxy S4 without modifications) with the photos, it works great, but even with several different videos, it doesn't work. I'll see if I can find an APK of Instagram that supports KitKat ;) and I can't move the applications in the settings.
    
    I'm going to change the Android ROM to see if it works.
