Hello,

I’m trying to set up my bank account on PAYPAL and I keep getting the same response: "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." My money is stuck in the PAYPAL account and I can’t do anything. Thank you for giving me a solution because I cannot continue to sell under these conditions...

Hello,

I'm replying a bit late but I had the same issue: you just need to download the Paypal app and complete the process directly on it :)
