Hello,

I have a big problem with my PayPal account...

When I try to transfer money to another PayPal account, I always get the following message
that appears: We could not process your payment at this time. Please try again later.

However, yesterday, I sent a payment that was successfully completed...

I would also like to point out that I do not have a card or a bank account, I only use my balance.

Please don't tell me that in order for my payments to work again, I need to link a credit card to my account, because before, even without a credit card, I was able to make payments without any problems.

Yes, I have already sent them more than 4 emails, but 2 of them are automatic messages.

Aside from waiting for their response, all you might find here is possibly a reply from a PayPal representative who is quite active on the forum. You can contact him, inviting him to read this topic.
