Hp ryzen 3 won’t start, problems?

Hello,

I've had a problem since this morning: my Ryzen 3 laptop won't start anymore. How can I reset it (I don't have any manuals)? can you help me? thank you

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 81.0.4044.122

    Hello,

    Unplug, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, wait 30 seconds, plug back in and then restart normally.

      Thank you, I just did the procedure but the screen is still black (the small light on the side of the computer is on).
