Hello, I live in New Caledonia and I have the same problem, my bank tells me they cannot refuse the abusive debits from these scams but that I have to order another card. Plus, it takes ages to receive the new card.

I too am being scammed by TOTALAV, totalav is hiding behind AMAZONE. It is AMAZONE that is scamming us through totalav. I had an account with amazon which I canceled and all of a sudden, I notice that totalav.com is charging me 11.95 euros every month and no security on my computer, my computer is protected by befender, which isn't even doing its job. I informed my bank and they told me I need to deactivate it on the site. But it's impossible to do so. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF THE CENTURY. SINCE THE PANDEMIC ALL THESE COMPANIES ARE STEALING our money for free to line their pockets. They are ruining people to fatten their cash registers, for free. Here is what’s happening right now. Some internet traffickers are doing everything to take our money. This pandemic is going to ruin us all and leave us broke. Restaurants think they are the only ones in trouble and taxpayers too. Banks are complicit with them. Here’s what’s happening to us. Sooner or later, they are going to push us to suicide because we work to fill the pockets of some without even trying. I am a caregiver, I work like crazy for little money and they are stealing my cash.
