My PC shuts down because of my graphics card.

Hello,
Yesterday I received the components for my PC (motherboard, processor, RAM, case, etc.). A friend was supposed to help me assemble it because he knows better than I do, but due to the lockdown, he can’t come. That’s why I decided to put it together myself. I struggled a lot, but I succeeded. So in the end, feeling all happy, I decided to plug it in and turn it on. The PC stayed on for about 15-20 seconds and then turned off. I then tried removing the graphics card, and the PC stayed on. I then tried putting in an old graphics card from my previous PC, and it turned off again. I concluded that the problem was with the graphics card (and not with the power supply since I have a 650W, which is sufficient for the components I have). So I was wondering if, for example, installing Windows (yes, because I haven’t installed it and I haven’t even tried my PC yet) or something digital might change anything. If someone has experienced this and managed to solve the problem, please let me know ;)
My components:
Processor: Intel Core i3-9100F
Graphics Card: Radeon RX570 (4GB DDR5)
Motherboard: MSI B365M PRO-VDH
Power Supply: CoolerMaster G650 M (it’s old because I took it from my old PC to replace it with the one I received (which was a Corsair CV450) because I thought the problem was with my power supply)

I would say the motherboard is the problem if it doesn't work with another graphics card either
Well, the solution is to return it to the store
Afterward, you might have missed something in your assembly-
I thought the same, but then the graphics card works, like everything works in the PC, but it's just after a while that everything stops...
- Have you tested your graphics card on another PC?
It could be the motherboard that's bugging when the PCIe is used.
Just because it lights up doesn't mean it works.

But otherwise, I can't test it on another PC unfortunately... And honestly, my new PC that isn't working is small, so it's okay. But my old one is bigger, so putting it back together is going to be very hard; I don't even think I can do it...
