Hello,

Feeling lost... I hope to find my hero here!

I have a Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme - 11 GB
with a code 43, and I can't get it to work on my PC. I know it works fine on another PC, as I was able to test it for a week with Nvidia V445.75

I also have an Asus Strix GTX 980 Ti on my PC that works without any issues.

- i7 8700k
ROG Strix z370-h Gaming "Bios 2203"
LC 750 V2.31 platinum series

PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B06&SUBSYS_147119DA&REV_A1 (gtx 1080ti)

Windows 10 version 1909 (OS build 18363.752)

My steps to find a solution without success :(

- DDU in safe mode
- Remove Nvidia registries with Registrar Registry Manager
- My card is recognized in Basic Microsoft Video Card mode
- As soon as I reinstall version 445.75 Nvidia, black screen.
- Reboot the PC
- And there it is, Code 43 on my GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
- I'm using DVI on my motherboard displaying Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

I've heard about a manual update with Nvidia unzip, but I have no idea which file to use "e.g. nvadi.inf"

I hope someone can help me :/

In any case, thank you for reading the message :)

Best regards.

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

Right-click on the driver --> 445.75-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql.exe
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "445.75-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql\"

Uninstall the nVidia card properly using DDU
Check out this tutorial, step 2 --> Display Driver Uninstaller
Unplug the ethernet and/or wireless
Restart the PC

Go to Device Manager
Right-click on the device
Update driver
Browse my computer ......
Choose from a list of drivers...
Provided disk
Browse
Go to the folder of the unzipped driver --> 445.75-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql
Folder --> Display.Driver
Select the file --> nv_dispi.inf and OK.
Restart.

I followed your steps but unfortunately, as soon as I update it, my screen goes black and I have to reboot the PC and connect my DVI cable to my motherboard to access the Windows 10 desktop. And as soon as I go to Device Manager, my graphics card shows error code 43 :/
