Hello,

Recently, I installed the Radeon Software application to update my drivers, and since this installation, my computer has been freezing every 2 seconds. I uninstalled this application, but the problem persists. I therefore reset my computer, but to my great disappointment, even after the reset, the issue is still there. I think it comes from the drivers.

If anyone has had this bug before or can resolve it, I would appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance to those who will respond.

    Hello,
    Welcome to CCM.
Your explanations are probably grounded, but you forget the essential in your question!
    What is a computer?
    What is an operating system?
The architecture in 32 or 64 bits?
    Best regards.

      HP Notebook, very good.
HP being the brand, Notebook the type, now the references? (Example: HP Notebook 14-dk0011nf)
There should be a label attached under the computer with these references noted.
      Best regards.

Very well, when you refer to Radeon, we can assume that it is the graphics part of the PC that is causing issues, by deduction.
In that case, download and reinstall this driver, sp74716.exe and restart the PC.
If there are issues with other drivers, please specify.
      Best regards.
