Hello, I would like to restore my Toshiba computer to its factory settings without my recovery DVD, but unfortunately when I press the F8 key

I can't find the option to repair your computer. My only options are the two safe modes and to start Windows normally, thank you for your attention.

How can we find out the model of a laptop? I went to system properties, is that it?

You should be able to find it on the label on the back of the PC ;)


You say "I went to system properties, is that right?"
Is the system still functional?
Can't you burn the recovery DVDs?

Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop from 2013 with Windows 8, and if you have any additional information application or user manual in your office, it tells you how to reset your PC.
Otherwise, I restarted my computer and pressed the 0 key, then re-entered my personal information.
