You can't do anything.
It's the FB authentication that is failing. There are certainly issues with the network or in the DSLAM.
Check if there are any incidents affecting you: https://www.free-reseau.fr/incidents-du-jour/
If there are no ongoing incidents, contact Free.

Hi,
the only thing to do is wait, so sharpen your patience.
It's useless to try to contact Free and even less so to contact CCM.
Free already knows, since the incident is on their network and they are monitoring it, and CCM can do nothing except repeat once again :-( what I'm telling you here ....
